What are IAP’s standard Terms and Conditions of sale?

How long does it take IAP to ship an order?

IAP have scheduled, daily collections with FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT. We endeavor to arrange for all orders to be shipped on the same day. This is not always possible, particularly if an order is received late in the day (after 16:00 Eastern Daylight Time) in which case only non-urgent stock orders will be rolled over to the next day. All urgent orders are shipped same day and as necessary, same day deliveries can be arranged providing airline flight schedules permit.

Can I track my order?

Yes, IAP will provide and Air Way Bill number on invoices for parts. Customers are able to track their order using this AWB number with the courier provider.

Is IAP located near an airport?

Yes, our head office and warehouse is located on Sydney’s northern beaches and is approximately 40 minutes drive from Sydney’s International Airport. We have daily pick-ups from a range of couriers and freight forwarders meaning that parts can be at the airport in less than an hour.

What quality accreditations does IAP hold?

IAP operates under an Australian CASA approval (approval number 2372) for parts distribution. In addition, we also carry a number of third party approvals including the Australian Defence DQA, Qantas, Virgin Blue and many more.

Does IAP accept payment of goods by credit card?

Yes, IAP accepts the following card types: Visa; MasterCard; American Express; Bankcard. There is a merchant administration charge of 3.025%, for American Express and 2% for Visa and MasterCard. If you would like to settle your account by credit card, please contact our accounts department for arrangements.

I would like to establish a credit account with IAP, what do I have to do?

We can forward a copy of our credit application form, which you should complete and return for evaluation. If your application is approved then you will be provided an account with a nominated credit limit.

Does IAP store parts on site?

Yes, IAP has 2 warehouses storing more than 400,000 line items in at their site in Warriewood, near Sydney. We have an additional office located close to Gatwick and Heathrow Airport in the UK.

Are the parts you supply of original manufacture?

IAP supplies many parts in a number of different conditions. The actual condition is always displayed on quotations and trace documentation can often be provided upon request. IAP can supply parts with airworthiness certificates and / or certificates of Conformance including FAA Form 8130-3 dual release, EASA Form one dual, Manufacturers certificate of conformance etc.

How can I get images of Parts?

Images of parts or of details of parts can be provided upon request. Please ask a member of our sales team if you require these.

What kind of Dart engines can you supply?

We can supply any MK Dart Engine.

Are the engines built to order?

Yes, typically, engines are built to order. The lead time is approximately 120 days subject to the parts required.

What conditions are engine spares offered in?

Engine spares are offered in OH, SVC and AR condition. All AR purchases are sold subject to a satisfactory inspection.

What certification are engine spares offered with?

The majority of engine spares are offered with EASA and FAA certs.

What is the lead for a component part?

The typical lead time for component part is 30-40 days.

What is the lead time for a Dart Engine?

120-150 days, although IAP make every endeavor to better this.
